I feel I have to interrupt the telling of my story with a current update to my family court situation due to receiving another 5 pages of lies in the form of a witness statement from my Wife regarding my indirect contact with my children and her contact with the Cafcass worker. The interesting fact about the Family Court statement is that is is somewhat at odds to the criminal court statement. In effect, my wife is tailoring her evidence to fit the circumstances because she knows if she told the truth I would not be in the position I am now. As previously mentioned I spoke with the Cafcass worker about a month ago now and, before she met me, she had a meeting with my Wife in the morning to listen to her arguments (lies) about why I should not see my 3 kids. After telling her my side of things which took over two hours, the Cafcass worker mentioned to me that my Wife had alleged that my little girl was now very afraid of men because of what she had witnessed with me and her mother....read more
